The Legend 3015-S is a unique machine with very low energy consumption and very fast cutting capability, in addition to minimal maintenance costs. The Laser Legend 3015-S machine offers high productivity and superior quality standards. The chip collection covers open and close based on the position of the cutting head. At the same time, this ensures that there are no exhaust gases or smoke in the working environment. The table changing system is designed to increase workflow, facilitate material positioning, and reduce part unloading times.

The sheet metal corner and its angles are automatically detected using the 3-point sheet metal detection method. Fiber lasers are inherently designed for maintenance-free production. The importance lies in the diode lifespan, which lasts about 100,000 hours.

The Fanuc 31i-LB is a flagship CNC control, optimized for fiber laser cutting machines, distinguished by its high speed and precision. Thanks to sophisticated hardware, with an ultra-fast processor and fiber communication, it ensures high performance and reliability in challenging industrial environments. Its ability to manage up to 24 axes allows for complex automation, while support for different cutting gases (oxygen, nitrogen, compressed air) offers flexibility and economic advantages.

The integration with Metalix cad/cam software “cncKad” further enhances the system’s capabilities, offering advanced design, automatic positioning, and simulation functions. The combination of hardware and software allows precise control of the cutting process, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

Cutting with Compressed Air
The Dener laser machines of the FL series cut with oxygen and nitrogen, as well as air. For the various cutting options available. The gas system is equipped with pressure sensors and supports for all incoming gases. Cutting thin sheets with compressed air offers a cost advantage compared to cutting with oxygen and nitrogen, as well as a speed advantage compared to cutting with oxygen. The air drying system to dry the pressurized air is included as a standard part of the machine and is necessary for cutting with air.
