The laser machine for tube cutting

Resulting from CUTLITE PENTA’s extensive and consolidated experience in the field of laser machines, TUBE represents the future of laser technology applied to the cutting of metal tubes. The TUBE system is an automatic processing plant that allows obtaining a finished part, complete with all required cutting operations, in a single processing cycle.

This approach represents a technological and productive leap compared to traditional methods, which require multiple steps on different operating machines to subsequently perform the required operations of cutting, deburring, drilling, end trimming, fitting, and special CNC machining. All realized with the speed, quality, precision, flexibility, and reliability of laser technology. The system allows automatic processing of round, square, rectangular tubes, and open profiles.

TUBE Head

TUBE systems boast a unique cutting head, the result of our research and development department’s ingenuity. The essential design, optimized to minimize maintenance, is distinguished by the completely sealed optical apparatus, ensuring long-lasting durability. The compact and modular configuration of the Tube head is characterized by the simplicity of consumables.

Automatic Loader

Maximum capacity 6 tubes with diameter ø 305 mm or maximum side 220 mm

Automatic loading of tubes from ø 20mm – max. ø 305 mm

Automatic loading lengths from 1500 mm to 6500 mm, extendable upon request

Sliding surfaces entirely covered in plastic material to prevent damage and scratches on delicate tubes

Possibility of mounting on the operator side or rear, to optimize the layout within the work area
