EVO 3 Head: autofocus and integrated sensors
The FHD system features the EVO 3 head, developed internally by Cutlite Penta. Equipped with autofocus, capacitive, contact, and temperature sensors, it is optimized for ultra-high precision cutting up to 50 kW and 25 bar of pressure, maintaining consistent performance even during long production cycles.
Bevel head for angled cuts
The Bevel head, compact and lightweight, allows for angled cuts up to ±45° without sacrificing flat cutting functionality. Designed to maintain the same foundations as other Cutlite Penta machines, it is perfect for versatile and complex operations.

Robust and compact mechanical structure
The steel base extended on the X-axis facilitates loading/unloading with mechanical means, while the mobile cabin on prismatic guides protects the work area. Aluminum cable chains and transmission with ground pinions and racks ensure precision of movement, long durability, and zero mechanical play.

The inclusion of 6-position HT series revolver turrets contributes to the flexibility of the fiber laser cutting system, expanding the range of mechanical operations such as drilling, countersinking, threading, and reaming, which can be performed directly on the machine.

For the FHD model, the bevel cutting head is also available up to +/-45°.
